Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected or if pricing or inventory errors occur.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.
• Orders will be processed after payment confirmation or according to the selected payment method.

Pricing

Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if:

Printer inks, toner cartridges, and consumable items that have been opened, installed, or used are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective product.

• Standard delivery within Bangladesh typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Warranty

Order Cancellation
